1. 30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, contact us at support@lamooncandle.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
2. Order Delivery Confirmation
Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered. If the tracking status confirms delivery to the provided address, LaMoon Candle LLC cannot be held responsible for non-receipt claims. Customers must contact the delivery carrier directly for assistance in such cases.
3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item. Provide photos to help us evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.
4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Discounted or sale items, including products purchased during a promotion, and gift cards are non-returnable.
- Refunds are processed solely for unused and undamaged products.
5. Refunds
Refunds apply only to the returned product cost and do not cover original shipping fees. Applicable return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
- Items must be carefully packed to prevent damage during transit, as refunds will not be issued for broken items.
- Refunds will be processed on your original payment method within 10 business days after the return is inspected. Please allow additional time for banks or credit card companies to post the refund.
